 Drive-By package does not include fuel surcharge of 15%. Street hazard fee, vehicle maintenance charge, and any incurring traffic violations in conjunction with Drive-By Clowning agreement are extra. Client and STC must agree upon verbal material prior to event, otherwise if client has no preference, STC will not be held liable for any and all verbal communication emanating from vehicle.
